Short-range
1. Strengthen students’ core English skills:
Deepen students’ listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and set the threshold for graduation from the intermediate and advanced preliminary examinations of the British Ministry of Education.
2. Foster students with cross-disciplinary professional knowledge:
Sharing and cooperating with other departments of this university to establish inter-department programs.
3. Implement the internship system for students in this department:
Combining theory and practice, establishing cooperative relationships with the industry, and promoting comprehensive summer internships.
4. Promote industry-academia cooperation and partnership:
Establish partnerships with industry manufacturers, develop professional foreign language products, and regularly invite industry experts to speak, discuss and exchange with the school.
5. Expand the international vision and experience of teachers and students:
Negotiate and exchange student cooperation plans with sister schools, promote the participation of teachers and students in international academic activities, and promote international academic exchanges.

Promote the pass rate of students’ intermediate and advanced licenses in foreign language practice.
2. Promote professional licenses for second expertise:
Promote students to actively obtain professional certificates in the fields of business, tourism, leisure and education.
3. Improving teacher industry practice experience:
Teachers cooperate with industry organizations on industry-academia cooperation, including developing foreign language specialty products or arranging summer cooperation in education.
4. Establish a professional language center:
Plan the center’s space, hardware and software, and funding evaluation.
5. Implement academic exchanges between teachers and students in this department and abroad:
Signed a twin-college cooperation plan with foreign sister schools to enhance the effectiveness of teachers and students in participating in international academic activities.
