1. Handle student additions and withdrawals and student credits.
2. Assist in the registration of students, homework assignments for professional courses, and related materials for full-time and part-time teachers.
3. Assist in preparation for admission to the four skills and master’s classes.
4. Handle and consolidate all kinds of data sheets (meetings, evaluation materials).
5. Assist in applying for various scholarships.
6. Curriculum revision archives.
7. Handle the business process of electronic document management system in the department.
8. Assist schools or departments to handle visits by foreign guests and school students at all levels.
9. Fill in the basic information form of school affairs, the survey form of the existing equipment in the classroom, and the borrowing of spare keys such as the classroom of the department.
10. Other temporary assignments.
